Your role will involve comprehensive gear maintenance—repairing and tuning ski and snowboard equipment, assisting guests, and maintaining an organized shop environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Tune guest and rental ski and snowboard equipment
• Keep inventory and shop area organized
• Assist with guest inquiries and service requests
• Prepare rental equipment orders and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the shop area

Requirements:
• Prior experience in ski equipment repair and tuning
• Strong skills in customer service
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Positive physical fitness for manual labor tasks
