EBC is looking for an Expert Survey Lead to handle key responsibilities in tunneling and underground construction. This role focuses on survey execution and advanced methodologies for high-profile infrastructure projects.

In this position, your leadership will guide all phases of survey planning, coordination, and quality assurance for the Stanley Park project and beyond. You’ll manage survey teams while implementing innovative survey technologies, including 3D laser scanning and BIM/GIS integration. Successful candidates will have extensive experience with engineering-grade construction activities and multi-disciplinary project environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement survey execution strategies
• Coordinate resources and manage survey department effectively




• Monitor and deliver ultra-high accuracy in tunneling projects
• Conduct data analysis and address field issues promptly
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project success

Requirements:
• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering required
• 15 years of surveying experience, with 5 years in major projects
• Expertise in GPS and complex survey tools
• Leadership experience in managing large teams
• Bilingualism is considered an asset
