As a Grants Manager, you will report to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Scientific Director. Your role includes managing a diverse portfolio of grants, enhancing grant-making strategies, and identifying current funding opportunities. You will also monitor progress and evaluate grant performance to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the lifecycle of grants from intake to reporting
• Develop strategies and policies for board consideration




• Identify funding opportunities in alignment with Foundation goals
• Evaluate submissions according to strategic criteria
• Communicate effectively with funded organizations

Requirements:
• PhD or MD or equivalent experience required
• Minimum three years in a related role
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare or research highly valued
• Proficiency with program management platforms
