As a Human Resources Consultant, you will work closely with operational leaders and the HR Manager at the Provincial Emergency Communications Centre (PECC) South. You will be tasked with handling essential HR functions while also traveling frequently to the Prince Albert location, with travel expenses reimbursed. Your commitment to employee relations and policy interpretation will greatly benefit the organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate employee and labour relations support




• Manage effective recruitment and onboarding strategies
• Oversee performance management practices
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations
• Ensure understanding and compliance with HR policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or HR diploma/certificate
• 5 years of relevant HR experience
• CPHR designation is a plus
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan HR laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
