This role focuses on performing preventative maintenance, conducting service duties in guest spaces, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on resort mechanical facilities
• Perform repairs and services in guest areas
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in mechanical operations
• Oversee maintenance of Health Club facilities, including spas
• Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team
Requirements:
• Must have a 4th Class Power Engineering Designation
• Pool Operator Level 1 certification necessary
• HVAC experience valuable
• Competency with hand and power tools required
• Knowledge of computerized energy management systems is a plus
