What you’ll do Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations and customer service activities.
This role involves handling product movement, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and assisting customers and internal teams.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Verify accurate recording of incoming and outgoing products.
Maintain proper stock rotation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support stock counts and respond to customer inquiries during pickups.
Perform general warehouse duties, including serving customers, loading feed, receiving orders, and operating a forklift.
Keep the yard and warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
Work with team members to support an effective, well-organized warehouse environment.
Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a strong focus on product quality and accuracy.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Who we’re looking for Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, open and close lids, and stand for extended periods.
Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and variable-temperature conditions.
Willing to use required personal protective equipment, such as a hard hat and safety boots.
Able to operate equipment and work at heights when required.
Regular, full-time, shift-work rotation (e.g. 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM) may be required, including some weekends or extended hours based on operational needs.
You’ll also need Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Agricultural industry experience is considered an asset.




Forklift experience is an asset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Committed to providing high-quality customer service.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
