As part of the ONE team, your primary duty will be to engage with clients, providing expert counsel on Autopac and Driver Licensing products. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service to all insurance clients
• Process transactions accurately and professionally
• Use the Prospector Program to create customer leads
• Actively cross-sell auto extension product offerings
• Support Personal Lines with necessary processing tasks
Requirements:
• Preferred one year of insurance or customer service experience
• A valid Manitoba General Insurance License is advantageous
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is a bonus
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal background check required
