This essential role will have you reporting to the Supervisor of Revenue Cycle. Your key tasks will include managing resident billing through Yardi and performing monthly reviews to ensure accuracy. You’ll also have the chance to develop and uphold best practices for receivables while cultivating strong relationships with managers across our residences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage billing processes for Cogir residences
• Review and reconcile billing reports monthly
• Maintain effective receivables procedures




• Execute month-end closing activities
• Prepare detailed AR aging analyses as required

Requirements:
• Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in general accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Robust interpersonal skills across management levels
