In this role, you will assist the Press Operator by ensuring the optimal running of presses and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring ink supplies, splicing rolls, and preparing finished products for shipping—all key to meeting production goals and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in press operation to boost productivity
• Input and monitor ink levels regularly
• Splice old and new rolls for seamless printing
• Learn and implement quality assurance procedures
• Palletize finished items for distribution

Requirements:
• Experience in a flexographic printing environment
• Mechanical skills and a solid understanding of processes
• Solid communication abilities in a team setting
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Capability to lift 50lbs often
