Enhance donor relations at the Children's Hearing & Speech Centre of BC as the part time Manager of Donor Relations & Philanthropy. You'll play a key role in fostering relationships that drive philanthropic support.

In this dynamic position, you'll report to the Executive Director and lead fundraising campaigns while nurturing connections with donors, sponsors, and community organizations. You will utilize strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet the needs of children with hearing differences. Your work will focus not only on fundraising but also on relationship building within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with key donors and foundations
• Implement the Centre's annual fundraising strategies




• Create proposals and presentations for potential sponsors
• Engage actively in community and donor meetings
• Oversee donor stewardship initiatives

Requirements:
• Five or more years in fundraising or relationship management
• Proven ability to achieve fundraising targets
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience with CRM systems for donor relationships
• Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
