The City of Markham is on the lookout for talented Theatre Technicians to join the Flato Theatre team. This temporary position offers part-time hours of 24+ per week, based on show scheduling. Ideal candidates will have a background in operating technical equipment such as MA lighting consoles and AVID audio consoles, contributing to a professional and community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute technical stage duties including lighting, audio, and effects
• Set up and manage equipment for performances
• Ensure the security and maintenance of technical assets




• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Foster cooperative relationships with users and crew

Requirements:
• Proven experience in theatre technical roles
• Familiarity with MA lighting and QLab systems
• Flexibility in work hours around show schedules
