In this role, the Director of Environmental Health & Safety is responsible for providing strategic support and oversight for HSE across various accounts. You will develop high-performing teams, mentor HSE professionals, and ensure all safety requirements are met as per legislation and MSA. This position entails fostering collaboration and communication among teams to enhance the safety culture and proactively address any risk management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic HSE program implementation across accounts
• Assist in recruiting and talent development for HSE teams




• Manage client communication regarding HSE performance metrics
• Recommend and lead continuous improvement in HSE practices
• Oversee compliance with environmental and safety standards

Requirements:
• Over 15 years of HSE experience required
• University degree in related scientific discipline
• In-depth knowledge of ISO and HSE regulations
• Advanced leadership and strategic communication skills
• Preference for bilingual candidates to facilitate client relations
