In this position, you will report to the Director of Health and Wellness and be responsible for direct resident care, medication management, and maintaining compliance with all policies. You'll work collaboratively with nursing teams, facilitating care conferences and reviewing care plans with residents and their families. Your strong communication skills will help ensure effective health education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct residents' care assessments and document accordingly
• Administer medications following regulatory compliance




• Supervise unregulated care providers by delegating tasks
• Coordinate health education for residents and families
• Act as a key leader in emergency situations

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid provincial registration
• Experience with geriatric care preferred
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening is required
