Become a Homemaker with Lookout Housing and Health Society, providing crucial cleaning and personal support to vulnerable adults. This casual role offers wide-ranging shifts throughout the week.

In this position, you'll report to the Site Manager and work diligently to maintain the cleanliness of resident and shelter spaces. Your responsibilities include managing laundry, cleaning, and supervising volunteers. You'll also be available to assist clients with personal hygiene as needed. Flexibility is vital as shifts rotate through days, evenings, and overnight assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and organize personal and common areas
• Launder and distribute care supplies efficiently
• Oversee donation organization and volunteer direction




• Provide personal care assistance to residents
• Contribute to all aspects of health and safety compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education plus related experience
• Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification
• Crisis intervention training is beneficial
• Effective communication and team skills
• Must maintain sobriety and pass a criminal record check
