Key Responsibilities:
• Greet families, volunteers, and donors warmly
• Handle calls and assist inquiries with care
• Conduct House tours and acknowledge donations




• Oversee volunteer onboarding and support
• Manage office supplies and logistical needs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred
• 1–3 years in front-facing service roles
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with database systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
