Advance your career at AgeCare as a Mental Health Support Worker within our Long Term Care program. Assist residents over 18 with complex mental health challenges through compassionate support.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, working alongside the Resident Care Manager and other key professionals. Your mission will be to deliver behavior and symptom support, focusing on fostering well-being, psycho-social recovery, and community reintegration. Your rapport-building skills will be essential in facilitating residents’ problem-solving and social competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members to provide effective support
• Promote residents' well-being and stability
• Assist in problem-solving and social integration
• Participate in a resident-centered care approach
• Report any unsafe activities or behaviors immediately

Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Mental Health or related field
