As a Training and Documentation Manager at CC&LFG;, you will oversee onboarding for new employees throughout the company. Key responsibilities include ensuring software access prior to onboarding, maintaining documentation models, and facilitating user access reviews. The ideal candidate will be patient and detail-oriented, contributing to a team-oriented team culture focused on success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new employees and provide necessary applications training
• Maintain staff onboarding checklist and coordinate staffing movements




• Document process workflows with IRG Senior Managers
• Conduct annual reviews for custodian access
• Support audit requests and assist in IRG projects

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Commerce or Economics preferred
• Minimum five years in finance/investment management
• Proven training or coaching experience
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
