In this role, reporting directly to the Associate Director, you will operationalize UBC’s performance framework, fostering high-quality goal setting and feedback mechanisms. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will ensure consistent application of performance practices while addressing barriers to engagement. Change management is key, as you will lead efforts to align new strategies with desired outcomes, preparing the UBC community for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee GPS implementation across university units
• Deliver training and strategic resources on performance
• Work with HR to enhance performance management practices
• Assess and report on performance enablement efforts
• Develop tools for effective change management
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required
• Deep understanding of change management
• Knowledgeable in performance culture principles
• Solid presentation and communication skills
