Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Finance, your responsibilities will include overseeing the financial operations of the Canadian Centre of Excellence, Camp for the Deaf, and Foundation for the Deaf. You will ensure compliance, enhance financial processes, and lead the Finance team toward operational excellence and continued growth, making a direct difference for those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare monthly financial statements in a timely manner




• Mentor Finance staff and promote a collaborative work setting
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning

Requirements:
• CPA in good standing with three years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial controls and audits
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP or QuickBooks
