This position is based in Port Elgin and Owen Sound, where you will assist clients in their daily routines and ensure they have the support needed to lead fulfilling lives. You will implement Individual Support Plans and be committed to fostering dignity and decision-making among those you support, in a community-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily living support aligned with individual needs
• Empower clients to make informed lifestyle choices
• Prepare nutritional meals and assist with health-related tasks




• Build and maintain respectful relationships
• Complete all required documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant Social Services Program or 1-year practical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's License and current First Aid/CPR
• Proficiency with web-based technology
• Experience with complex needs is valued
