As the Utilities Superintendent, you will oversee in office construction activities, ensuring all work aligns with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, navigating conflicts and maintaining project continuity. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily construction related to utilities installation and repair
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project managers effectively




• Conduct regular quality and safety inspections in office
• Document daily activities and maintain accurate records
• Propose efficiencies in construction methods and schedules

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience
• Familiarity with City of Toronto utility specifications
