We invite passionate individuals to operate essential machinery for road maintenance throughout Ontario. This role includes both winter and year-round maintenance tasks such as pothole repairs and snow removal while ensuring secure travel for all. Shift flexibility, including night work, may be needed based on local weather effects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and wheel loaders efficiently
• Ensure safe maintenance of provincial highways
• Assist in various labor-intensive tasks year-round
• Work in challenging weather and conditions
• Take on shifts that include on-call duties

Requirements:
• Valid DZ or AZ driver's license required
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Provide a three-year driver’s abstract
• Preference for local applicants to minimize commute
