In this role, your lived experience will provide essential guidance for clients, fostering independence and facilitating access to vital resources. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored support that promotes holistic wellness and inclusion within the community for clients of the B.R.I.D.G.E To Home program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with service goals and resource coordination
• Promote community activities and support group engagement
• Educate clients on personal strengths and tenant rights
• Model effective problem-solving for housing stability
• Engage in home visits to reconnect with disengaged clients
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in leading group discussions
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative and adaptable approach to problem-solving
