Join Hootsuite as a Summer 2026 Co-op in IT Operations based in Vancouver, BC. Contribute to hardware deployment, Helpdesk solutions, and AV setups starting September 12th.

This role is on-site for four months, offering opportunities to work closely with the Global IT team. You’ll gain experience in technical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration in a vibrant tech environment, tailored for learning while serving a global user base.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with laptop deployment for end-users
• Manage configurations for offboarded MacBooks
• Install and maintain office hardware solutions
• Track and update the hardware asset management
• Document resolutions and procedures in the ticket system

Requirements:
• Proficient in troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
• Familiarity with AV meeting room technology
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn and develop new IT skills
• Solid problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
