Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Mechanics (AME-M)Performs aircraft maintenance, repairs and overhaul applicable to their trade and completes the associated documentation in accordance with industry standards, and Cascade Aerospace policies and procedures. Assists and coaches junior technicians as required.This position belongs to the bargaining unit and shall abide by all rules and regulations set out in the Collective Agreement.This position requires immediate Controlled Goods clearance, therefore only Canadian Residents or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.Strive to consistently act in a manner which reflects Cascade Aerospace’s culture and valuesPerform all work tasks and ensure all repairs/modifications and inspection tasks are performed in accordance with the customer's check package, Transport Canada Regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process Standards (CPS), all maintenance manufacturing and policy manuals, and scope of their certification authorityEnsure all paperwork, documentation and reporting associated with a repair is completed accuratelyProvide coaching and leadership to junior technicians to ensure work tasks are performed efficiently and accurately, and that appropriate skills to progress in the trade are developedEnsure all work tasks are performed in accordance with Cascade Aerospace's health and safety policies and proceduresBe familiar with and ensure that all workplace conduct is in accordance with Cascade Aerospace's Human Resources, attendance,
