You'll contribute to community awareness and develop regional relationships to enhance the effectiveness of the apprenticeship system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent SkilledTradesBC to industry stakeholders • Conduct compliance inspections and audits • Assess documentation for applications and complaints • Maintain and update program databases and records • Train and mentor recent staff members
Requirements: • Post-secondary education or trades certification preferred • Experience in regulatory frameworks and compliance • Strong communication and conflict management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems • Valid BC driver's license and personal vehicle required
