Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments both in-person and virtually • Record data accurately in electronic systems • Review information for consistency and correctness • Provide verbal and written updates to management • Collaborate with community organizations as needed
Requirements: • Degree in Human Services or equivalent • Two years of assessment experience required • Excellent written and verbal skills • Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License required • Proficiency in typing and computer usage
