Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize best practices for qualified collaboration
• Develop case plans and track client progress
• Conduct home visits and provide in-home training




• Ensure the safety and supervision of clients during programs
• Assist in gathering statistics for program development

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Social Services or a related field
• Two years of experience in a social service setting
• Certification in First Aid/CPR preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
