We at NACG are searching for Finish Dozer Operators to enhance our Fort Hills site operations. You will be essential in performing various dozer operations required for civil projects. This role comes with a structured work schedule of 14 on and 7 off, a competitive pay rate, and membership in one of North America's largest operating engineer unions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate different dozers to complete work assignments
• Place grades accurately according to project needs
• Comply with all company and safety regulations
• Conduct safety checks and risk assessments
• Report all operational issues or incidents immediately

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Finish Dozer Operating experience
• Experience operating D3 to D8 dozers or larger
• Background in operating on muskeg or soft ground
• Knowledge of building roads and backfilling
• Capability of sloping/spotting trucks
