This position, starting August 31, 2026, at St. Joseph's Health Centre, emphasizes mental health and emotional balance for clients. As a Community Outreach & Education Worker, you will engage in activities aimed at enhancing community awareness and offering essential support through individualized counseling. Your role will involve dynamic interaction within a cross-cultural framework, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual counseling for mental health support




• Implement community awareness programs and initiatives
• Facilitate a range of supportive services for clients
• Work independently towards community development goals
• Travel as necessary for outreach tasks

Requirements:
• Indigenous Social Work Diploma is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal communication capabilities
• Basic computer skills for program documentation
• Ability to work in multicultural settings
• Valid driver's license needed when relevant
