Main Street Project’s Housing Services team is seeking a dedicated worker to assist clients in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include conducting move-ins, ensuring premises cleanliness, and facilitating access to vital resources. Engage with participants to promote their well-being and foster independent living while maintaining high skilled standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize move-ins while following protocols
• Ensure safety through regular checks of the housing premises
• Support medication management and document accordingly
• Develop initiatives for participant engagement and well-being
• Respond to emergency situations and document incidents
Requirements:
• Experience in human services, particularly with mental health challenges
• Ability to maintain accurate participant records
• Commitment to a participant-centered support philosophy
• Knowledge of Indigenous culture and community resources
• Current CPR and Mental Health First Aid certifications
