Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety for all youth offenders at the facility
• Facilitate assessment and counseling for ongoing support
• Assist in program delivery and rehabilitation goals




• Evaluate risks and manage incidents effectively
• Collaborate with a dedicated youth support team

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Canadian criminal justice and human behavior
• Must hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers Licence
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification mandatory
• Relevant educational qualifications preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
