As a Maintenance Worker, you will implement the Preventative Maintenance Program, conduct daily inspections, and resolve critical maintenance issues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe environment by clearing snow and addressing any hazards. Additionally, assisting residents with their needs will be a key part of your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Preventative Maintenance Program and recordkeeping

• Conduct and prioritize repair tasks
• Support residents with moving furniture when necessary

Requirements:
• Completion of High School diploma
• Experience in building maintenance preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
