Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes
Develop detailed action plans with project stakeholders and monitor progress
Support project teams and coordinate follow-up for all activities
Work with clients to obtain plan details and clarify requirements
Identify and resolve issues as they arise
Recommend technology solutions and provide clients with administrative support
Assess whether project objectives have been achieved
Participate in the bidding process and meetings with finalists
Lead or support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience in project management
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Advanced proficiency of English
Advanced knowledge of group retirement savings products
