As a Kids Program Assistant Leader at Life Time, you will prioritize safety and engagement in the Academy/Child Center. Your contributions will enhance programming and drive participation in activities.

In this role, you will work closely with the Kids Manager to deliver exceptional services. You will manage hiring and training for team members while ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will actively assist in promoting events and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere for children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a secure and friendly experience for junior members
• Assist Kids Manager in event preparation and marketing
• Manage team payroll and budget guidelines
• Provide ongoing feedback and training to team members
• Oversee inventory management for supplies and toys

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of teaching or childcare experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• First Aid and CPR certifications needed
• Ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 pounds
