As a Workforce Development Lead Hands, you will coordinate training activities for employees, ensuring they meet health and safety standards while compiling essential documentation.

Reporting to the Training Supervisor, your role requires robust leadership and organizational skills to motivate teams and maintain a productive work environment. Collaborate with trainers to deliver effective instruction and support trainees' success. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and track training paperwork diligently
- Co-ordinate with trainers on training timelines
- Ensure areas are organized to health and safety standards
- Communicate expectations to trainees effectively
