The Team

With extensive experience in construction or industrial safety, you will lead a team of HSSEQ Advisors, ensuring they meet performance goals and align with WSP’s vision. Your expertise in risk identification and analysis will promote safety excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor HSSEQ Advisors to enhance capability
- Ensure risk-based HSSEQ support for projects
- Identify risks and drive proactive safety strategies
- Partner with project teams to ensure safe practices
- Conduct investigations and apply corrective actions Requirements:
- 8–10 years’ experience in safety roles
- Leadership experience within high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian OH&S; laws
- Bilingual in French and English essential
