As a direct distribution center coach, you will have the opportunity to manage a committed team, assigning and coordinating responsibilities to ensure quality customer deliveries, in a safe, efficient setting that ensures quality customer deliveries.

Your role: Lead and mentor a team to ensure tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and accurately, providing continuous training

Plan and organize workflows based on orders and schedules, assign tasks aligned with team skills and availability, and coordinate with customer service on load management

Ensure compliance with safety standards, identify training needs, and support process improvements for optimal performance

Engage in performance reviews, implement logistical innovations,



and stay updated on industry best practices

Organize regular meetings to encourage professional enrichment, manage staffing needs, and ensure that all tasks comply with company policies and legal requirements

Manage equipment problems by ensuring repairs or contacting maintenance What we're looking for: DEC in logistics, operations management or related field, or equivalent experience

3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision

Strong leadership skills, change management and understanding of logistics processes

Functional bilingualism (asset) and proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office and WMS systems
