Elevate young lives with Enviros as a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, focusing on their well-being and transition. Work overnight to provide engaging support in a nurturing environment. This position runs from August 2026 to September 2027 at the Passages Program, serving youth ages 12-17. You'll employ a trauma-informed approach to care while building crucial relationships and documenting progress.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a safe and cooperative atmosphere every night shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day case management for youth
- Ensure a supportive, clean, and safe living space
- Serve nutritious meals and facilitate activities
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of youth experiences
- Collaborate with external families and professionals Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Human Services, or related, needed
- Background in group care or youth support essential
- Up-to-date criminal and intervention checks required
- Certification in First Aid and CPR mandatory
