Your role will involve practicing trauma-informed care and empowering youth to navigate personal challenges. Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a secure and structured setting while inspiring youth development and success. Key Responsibilities:

- Emphasize trauma-informed care in daily interactions
- Support youth with life skills and community resource access
- Manage daily living needs, including meals and hygiene
- Organize recreational, educational and vocational activities
- Facilitate positive relationships within the community Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Services
- Experience working with youth or in community roles
- Understanding of Indigenous cultures and histories
- Proven abilities in crisis intervention and problem-solving
