This role focuses on offering individualized, strength-based support to youth caught in complex and high-risk situations. You’ll be instrumental in creating a safe space, encouraging life skills development, and helping youth establish vital community ties. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on youth assessment and goal setting
- Facilitate social skills learning through activities
- Ensure the safety of clients in the residence
- Provide behavior management and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities Requirements:
- Diploma in a relevant human/service field
- Two years’ experience in youth-related roles
- Class 5 driver’s license required
- Successful completion of criminal checks needed
