You will lead a diverse group, ensuring secure, enjoyable, and effective workouts for participants at all skill levels. Your enthusiasm for dance and fitness will drive participant motivation and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging Zumba Gold classes tailored for diverse groups
- Showcase proper exercise techniques and modifications
- Create an inclusive atmosphere promoting member motivation
- Keep current with Zumba training and educational resources Requirements:
- Zumba Gold certification required
- Certification in additional fitness formats is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
