Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee child safety and health with compassionate supervision
• Accurately track attendance and perform regular head counts
• Develop engaging learning programs per YMCA standards
• Communicate developmental progress with families regularly
• Conduct safety scans and keep environments tidy
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of child/youth work experience
• Current Standard First Aid with Infant and Child CPR certification
• Strong understanding of Child Care and Early Years Act
• Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector screening, recent
