Key Responsibilities:
• Manage caseload and prioritize client referrals effectively
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ employment factors
• Develop individualized Employment Action Plans with clients




• Facilitate pre-employment assistance and vocational advice
• Conduct employer site visits to ensure optimal working conditions

Requirements:
• Background in social services, sales, or education
• Experience in customer service or human resources
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Effective relationship-building with community stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate accommodations and training
