In this role, you will be integral to the health and comfort of residents by following individualized care plans. Reporting to the Health & Wellness Manager, you will administer medication, support daily living activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the residence. Team collaboration is key for achieving optimal resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver medication and treatments per established standards
• Monitor residents’ health and emotional conditions vigilantly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents’ living spaces




• Assist with meal service and personal care tasks
• Engage in continuous quality improvement feedback

Requirements:
• Minimum of grade 12 education with medical training
• Previous experience in healthcare, especially with seniors
• Certification in Emergency First Aid Level 1 and CPR
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to fostering a positive, resident-oriented environment
