Join BBU Law in Vancouver as a Legal Administrative Assistant focused on strata litigation. This full-time role involves critical administrative tasks in a quick-paced legal environment.

In this position at BBU Law, you will be responsible for opening legal files, drafting documents, and managing court submissions while supporting litigation efforts. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience in legal administration, with the possibility of flexible work arrangements down the line, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle file management duties for legal cases
• Draft necessary pleadings and organize application materials
• Perform thorough conflict checks and online searches




• File legal documents using Court Services Online
• Maintain both electronic and physical files accurately

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Legal Administrative Assistant program
• At least two years’ experience within a law firm
• Knowledge of BC Court Services Online and strata property law
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
