Ledcor Highways Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic individuals for winter road maintenance across Alberta. Holders of Class 1, 2, or 3 licenses are encouraged to apply. You will operate snowplows and maintain highways, working outdoors during varying weather conditions and contributing to community safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and wheel loaders effectively
• Conduct maintenance tasks on provincial highways
• Respond to on-call needs during emergencies
• Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Clear driver’s abstract for the past three years
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing
• Previous snowplow operation experience is a plus
