In this position, you'll work primarily in our Blanching Department, using various machines and performing manual tasks. Your responsibilities include setting up machines, measuring workpieces, and ensuring production quality. This is a key role for maintaining precision and operational efficiency in our cutting tool manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up all necessary machines
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Check finished products against specifications
• Select and secure necessary tools and fixtures
• Perform daily machinery functionality assessments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a machine shop
• Familiarity with Blanching Machines preferred
• Math skills for measurement and calculation
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
