In this role, you will perform various engineering tasks supporting manufacturing operations, focusing on improving processes and materials. Your contributions will influence product design and ensure recent products seamlessly transition into production. Active collaboration with internal teams and suppliers will maximize efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate prototypes transition to full-scale production
• Collaborate with chemical development lab for process optimization
• Ensure compliance with quality regulations and specifications
• Define software solutions for manufacturing operations
• Manage the documentation of standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in materials science and procurement
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of continuous improvement practices
