If you are an educator that enjoys guiding children through practical experiences and fostering independence, we want to meet you! A Montessori certificate is not necessary, but your ability to observe and respond to the needs of your students is crucial. We offer toddler and pre-k classes in Cobble Hill, as well as pre-k and elementary classes in Cowichan Station.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide children's hands-on learning journeys
• Facilitate self-correction using educational materials
• Observe and identify individual student requirements
• Encourage independence from a young age
• Create a respectful and inclusive learning space

Requirements:
• Enthusiasm for hands-on Montessori education
